So first off, Sasha Cohen was right here in Greenville, skating for the Marshall's Skating Challenge, and I missed it cause I went to Charleston for spring break. :( BUT Spring break was great and worth it. We relaxed, went downtown to shop and walk around and watched some terrble movies. Well, acutally the only terrible one was "Memoirs of a Geisha." Reason being: I read the book first...it's waaaay better. :( I was sooo disappointed!!! I mean it won Oscars and Golden Globes...how could it not be good? Well, it sucked to say the least. I'm back in the real world, back to work and school, although I finished my computer class with a lovely little Charleston power point presentation and finished the class up with a not-so-lovely 80. How could I make an 80??? I made A's on all the tests!!! I'm very confused and upset a little. Anyways, I got 4 points on the final for just showing up for Psychology...I love Dr. Dale, he's so cool. So I have a grand total of 10 extra credit points for the Final...just for attendence! I'm going to study my butt of and make a 110!! That's my goal. I have a research paper due tomorrow that I haven't started on and barely though about. I'm so stressed I dont even want to think about it!! Anyways, someone calm me down!
Poor Cashy gets de-balled and de-clawed tomorrow. :( He's staying with me for 2 weeks. He's actually been pretty good (*knock on wood*) Lucy got her new shoes put on last Friday at Gwinn's and while that was going on Trey and I went to Mr. Dippsto see his uncle (who owns it) so everyone should go to Mr. Dipps!! The ice cream is great! I got a cup of birthday cake (for kicks, and it turned out to be really great) and "trash can" which is a whole lotta chocolate...which as you know, I LOVE! We then went to botanical gardens to take pics with Ryan and April, I'll post them on my photosite, along with before/after pics of my new room! It's this _ close to being finished. Trey painted me a beautiful picture, and soon we're going to start auctioning his art on Ebay! I'm excited because he's a great artist and photographer. I wish he would do photography for a living one day, it's a passion of his. Me and Trey's dad lost to Trey and Ryan at Rook 2 nights in a row!! AHHH! I was SO mad. I was getting all Monica-comptetitive. It was great though. I love that game, you should try it...it's a card game...Rook. yea. Oh, and I informed Trey that if we ever have a child (God forbid) we will name her Sasha. haha :)
Quick shoutouts to people I love: Trey-you're fantastic :) JJ-thanks for calming me down Kimie-ditto :)-about the research paper lol Phillip-thanks for not killing us on the way to Charleston, I'm proud of you Jena-you make me smile, how I love you!!
Ok, just wanted to let you guys know how much I appreciate you!

This weekend alone I read 250 pages out of "Memoirs of a Geisha." I had been reading it for about a week before. I just had to find time..like before and after class, before bed, etc. Finally I had a Saturday all to myself where I just read the heck out of something. That book is...in one word...amazing. It's so captivating and moving. It sucks you in and you just love the culture and just EVERYTHING. What's more amazing is that it was written by a man. Kimie and I were discussing that fact that he absolutely nails a woman's emotions and feelings. It leaves you to believe he HAD to have used an actaul geisha to come up with this GREAT story. I cannot rave about this book enough. Hands down the best book I've read in a long while. (not including Harry Potter :) but that's just a different type of GOOD!) Go out to a library...wait scratch that, just go buy the book and read it, your life will be better because you did! lol. Seriously though, great book. Read it. Oh and in case you're wondering I did finally finish reading "Wicked." Also a good book, just not as good as "Memoirs." Next book to read: "Girl with a Pearl Earring"

- I *heart* Threadless.com -

Thanks to Kimie, I have now been sucked into Threadless.com I have bought three new shirts: "Pandamonium", "What Would Macgyver do?" and "99 Luftballoons." I love them, and Threadless shirts fit like a glove.
In other news, my headboard came in, it's beautiful, and all I have left to do is hang the sepia prints and my bedroom will be complete. This summer marks the beginning of the changing of the bathroom. I've decided on black and wh ite, with a black and red shower curtain with a white lotus. I'm trying to wait for the price to go down. It's from Bombay Company, and I just can't see spending $75 dollars on a shower curtain. Although, I did find a really pretty on at Target.com, I might buy both and have the other one for a "just in case." Who knows.
Today, me, JJ and Phillip leave for Charleston for Spring Break!! A WOO HOO! Trey finally finished his other bathroom, so the four of us don't have to share one! yay. We're going to the beach tomorrow then shopping downtown on Thurs. Then I get to keep Cash for 2 weeks while he gets de-balled and de-clawed. :) Baxter is very excited. lol.
School's almost over!! I wrote my last History paper, I have one last paper in English. And for my computer final we have to do a power point presentation....how easy is that? I already registered for Summer semester and I am NOT taking all night classes. I'm taking Biology, Pre-Nursing and Medical Vocab. wish me luck.
Lucy gets new "shoes" this weekend. I'm taking her to Gwinn's on Friday to have her alignment done and her new shoes put on. :)
I have some very exciting news that I'm not allowed to tell anyone. So give it a few days.

Ok, so what the hell is going on in the world? Lately I've begun to notice something...strange. I've been looking through all the people on Myspace from Daniel, people I graduated with, people I know, don't know, etc. It seems that almost all the people I graduated with turned lesbian or gay, and then there are the bisexuals. Now, the bisexuals confuse me...I mean as JJ and I would say-They are kidding themselves. But it's like, ok is this just the new fad? It has to be. Then there are the really conservative people having sex everywhere. I mean all through high school we had to listen to these kids bitch about abstinence and how everyone at Daniel is a bunch of sluts, (which in part was definitely true) and here they are whore-ing around all over the place at college. It's just surprising. Makes me want to message them all and say, remember that time you started that really annoying crusade on absitinence? And here you are broadcasting your personal life all over place! I mean don't get me wrong people can do whatever they want, and they will. Just keep it to yourself, unless you were going for the hypoctire look.
In other news, that terrible storm cut off Grey's Anatomy with only 20 mins. to go. I don't know what happened. :(

So sorry for the hiatus, work and school has been piling up...well mainly school. Nothing really has happened since my last post. Went to Charleston this weekend with Ryan and April to see Trey. They two men spent hours obsessing over a damn surround sound system, while April and I wanted to go to the beach! We missed all teh good sun on Saturday but went on Sunday instead. It was alot of fun, we waked downtown and I found a GREAT Vera Bradley vendor that sold Vera Bradley lampshades!!! That's right kids! I FINALLY found a lamp, after looking for about 2 months! I got the Java Blue of course, because it matches my beautiful new room! I was so excited I talked about it for 2 days and I'm still talking about it. Like I said earlier once my new headboard comes in, I'll post before and after shots! Well, I can leave work now! And that's what's been going on with me. Can't wait for spring break! I'll post pics from that too, should be a really fun and relaxing time! And Trey is too much of a morning person :( lol
