- small town, shmall town. - Thursday, January 26, 2006 Despite the college, let's face it, Clemson and surrounding area is a wee little town. BUT don't tell me that small towns won't surprise you quite frequently. I just only noticed that Issaqueena fire tower like 2 years ago on the way to school at Daniel one day. Just yesterday I was driving down 76...you know right there where that shopping center is with Monterrey's and Skins'? There was some old, teal, rusty water tower behind that. I have never seen that thing for the 17 1/2 yrs. I have lived here. Where did that thing come from? It's also surprising that about 5 sandwich shops less that 100 ft. from each other can all be in business at once. We all know where my loyalty lies... Anyway, my first psych test is on Monday, and I am NOT "psyched" about it. My God, I am funny.
