Whether you believe it or not, it happens. Here's the dilemma: I registered early for classes, signed up for 4. Then I thought, well I'm working, taking night classes, what if it's all just too much? I reduced my schedule to just 3 classes, englishm, psych and a computer class. Well, literally the day after all this I get a letter in the mail saying I have the Life scholarship, which is great. Or is it? I called my advisor the next day and she tells me that she's leaving and everyone's on break and I have to wait until registration on Jan. 3rd. Well I go there today, which is indeed Jan 3rd. My advisor tells me it's not until tomorrow, January 4th, but to go to the financial aid place anyway just to see. I wait in a line for like 45 mins only to have Miss 80's tell me that thre's nothing I can do, all my classes will be dropped. So here I am leaving, pissed, upset because I have to come back in the morning, bright and early, wait for 3 hrs. for something so simple. AND I might not even get in the classes I need at the times I need them. So I'm balling on the phone with Trey, he makes me feel a little better and I'm going back to work, we say bye and right then my phone starts ringing. It's a Pendleton number...I pick up and it's a lady from school telling me she had to cancel one of my classes because I'm the only one signed up haha. Then she asks me if I want her to put me in another class. I tell her what happened so she says, hey why don't I put you in 2 classes to fill up your schedule and you can change them later if you don't want them, that way we can get your scholarship in place and you can keep the classes you need. I'm blown away. So we set up 2 more classes and I'm going back after work to get everything squared away. My first thought was wow God was looking out for me. I can't believe how good he is to me.
